This Refund and Return Policy applies to services, products, and donations made to CEEK Next (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

No Refunds on Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable. Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. By submitting a donation, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily making a contribution without expectation of a refund.

If you believe a donation was made in error due to a technical issue or unauthorized transaction, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction for review.

Services Refund Policy

Due to the nature of professional services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been performed, delivered, or initiated. If a client cancels a service before work has begun, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or processing fees.

If services are governed by a separate written agreement, the refund terms in that agreement will control.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products, downloadable materials, or online content are final. Refunds will not be issued once access has been granted, except where required by law.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

If physical products are offered, return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Non-Refundable Fees

Processing fees, consultation fees, custom services, completed project milestones, and administrative fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days, subject to financial institution processing times.
